Description
Composition: wheat flour of the first grade; fat “Shortening confectionery” (refined deodorized vegetable fats and oils, emulsifier E471, antioxidants: E320, E321); powdered sugar; glucose-fructose syrup; corn starch molasses; leavening agents: food carbon ammonium salts (food ammonium hydrogen carbonate), baking soda (sodium hydrogen carbonate); dry whole milk; table salt; flavors; acidity regulator – food citric acid; vanillin.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy and egg products. Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: proteins – 8.3 g; fats – 16.4 g; carbohydrates – 70.5 g. Energy value (calorie) of 100 g of product: 1908 kJ (456 kcal). Store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of (18±5)°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
