Cracker “PERA” – is a dry cookie made from premium wheat flour, palm oil, powdered sugar and other raw materials, according to the recipe. It has the shape of a square, rectangle, or other shape. The surface is sprinkled with table salt.
Ingredients: wheat flour, refined deodorized palm oil (refined bleached deodorized palm oil, antioxidant E 306), palm olein (refined bleached deodorized palm olein, antioxidant (E320, E321)), sugar, dry milk whey, table salt, corn starch molasses, baking powder (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, E 450i, sodium metabisulfite), invert syrup (sugar, acidity regulator citric acid), dry curd product (hard rennet cheese (85-92%), dry milk whey (2.0%), vegetable oil, sodium tripolyphosphate)), skimmed milk powder, food flavorings, acidity regulator lactic acid, enzyme preparation “Protolad”. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy and egg products. Nutritional value of 100 g (g) of the product: fat – 19.0 g (g), of which saturated – 9.82 g (g); carbohydrates – 61.0 g (g), of which sugars – 9.06 g (g); protein – 8.5 g (g); salt – 3.4 g (g). The energy value of 100 g (g) of the product is 1880 kJ (KJ) / 450 kcal (kcal). Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of (18±5)°C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%, without sudden fluctuations.
