Description
Sponge roll “Mindy Swiss Roll” with cocoa – is a semi-finished sponge product made from cocoa for a roll, soaked in syrup, layered with fat milk filling and rolled into a roll. The surface is variously decorated with cocoa confectionery glaze for decoration.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour in/with, water, egg melange, refined palm oil (refined bleached deodorized palm oil, antioxidant E306); corn starch molasses, moisture-retaining agents: glycerin, propylene glycol, food sorbitol; skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder (1,7%), crystalline glucose, emulsifier paste “Ester” (emulsifiers E471, E475); cocoa substitute-lauric oils (refined bleached deodorized fully hydrogenated palm kernel stearin); table salt, baking powder: sodium bicarbonate, Sapp (E450i); flavorings, preservative potassium sorbate, emulsifier soy lecithin, dry milk whey, acidity regulator citric acid food grade. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds. Nutritional value per 100 g (g) of product: energy value – 1750 KJ (kJ) /420 kcal (kcal); Fat – 19.0 g (g), of which saturated – 7.7 g (g); carbohydrates – 56.0 g (g), of which sugars – 35.2 g (g); protein – 5.5 g (g); Salt – 0.6 g (g). Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of (18±5) °C and| or relative humidity of not more than 75 %.
