Bestar sweet cracker is a dry cookie made from premium wheat flour, palm oil, powdered sugar and other raw materials, according to the recipe. It has the shape of a rectangle or square. The surface is sprinkled with sugar.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, refined palm oil (refined bleached deodorized palm oil, antioxidant E 306), invert syrup (sugar, acidity regulator citric acid), corn starch molasses, baking powder (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, e 450i, sodium metabisulfite), table salt, food flavorings, skimmed milk powder, dry milk whey, enzyme preparation “Protolad”. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy and egg products. Nutritional value of 100 g (g) of the product: fat – 16.0 g (g), of which saturated – 8.50 g (g); carbohydrates – 68.0 g (g), of which sugars – 21.68 g (g); protein – 7.5 g (g); salt – 0.9 g (g).
